I’ve upgraded to a newer rig. This FT-847 has served me well as a “shack in a box” it does all the HF bands and 2m + 70cm. 100Watts out on HF and 50-60 out on VHF. No frills but this radio has a large frequency display and all the most used controls are a knob on the front panel. Rarely do you need to go into the “menu” to change something.
Comes in the original box, manual and MH-31 hand microphone. I am asking $600.
The radio gets great reviews and is a pleasure to operate.
